- How will my channels change?
There are no immediate plans to make changes to your existing channel line-up. In some cases, where TWC does not have an agreement with a particular programmer, we will be required to reposition or remove certain channels.
- Will my internet service change?
Eventually, your Internet Service Provider will change to Road Runner High Speed Online. Before this happens, you will receive an e-mail message with detailed information on when the transition will take place, and what to expect.
- Do I have to change my email address?
Initially no - your email address will stay the same (username@adelphia.net). In addition, you will be assigned a new Road Runner High-speed Online e-mail address (username@rr.net). Mail sent to either of these e-mail addresses will be sent to the same mailbox. There is no need for you to make any changes to your account. E-mail will be forwarded for up to one year.

- Do I need to get a different cable box?
No. You can continue to use your existing set-top box.

Initially, your bill format will not change. Over time, the Adelphia logo will be replaced by the TWC logo, and the layout for your bill may change. Your current charges will not change.
- Will I be expected to pay different or additional fees?
Fees will vary depending upon the services you subscribe to; they will be based on Time Warner Cable rates and fees. Time Warner Cable rates may be more or less than those charged by your previous provider.
- Is my payment center the same?
Yes, you will be able to continue making payments at all current payment centers.
- How do I pay my bill?
Your bill payment options have not changed. You may pay by mail, in person at a payment center or over the phone with a credit card.

Yes. HDTV will continue to be available as an optional service.
- What is digital phone service and how does it work?
Digital Phone is Time Warner Cable’s residential telephone service. It lets you call anytime and talk for as long as you want, anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, for one low monthly price. There are no confusing plans or variable bills. Features include Caller ID, Caller ID on Television (available with Digital Cable), Call Waiting/ID, Speed Calling, Anonymous Call Reject and Enhanced 911.
- Will digital phone service be available?
At the present time we are upgrading our system to make Digital Phone service available. Projected launch is in 2007.
