As part of the lineup realignment process, some channels have been moved into and out of packages. If you tune to the channel and receive a message that says "Subscription Required", the network is no longer offered in your package.

Many former Adelphia and Comcast customers have digital receivers with Standard Cable service. The digital receiver enables you to receive digital music, On Demand services, and the on-screen guide, but no other Digital Cable programming.

Absolutely. If you prefer to keep the same pricing package that you had with Adelphia or Comcast, that's fine with us. There may be some minor changes (i.e. different channel numbers, new or moved channels) but your package will remain largely unchanged.
Please note, once you decide to change to a TWC package, we will be unable to switch you back to your prior Adelphia or Comcast package. However, we think you'll be happy with what we offer.

Going forward, you will have access to all of your future statements on PayXpress. However, you will not be able to access your prior bill statements or your most recent balance due on your PayExpress account.
