Road Runner has been at the top of PC Magazine's Reader Satisfaction Survey for superior broadband service for five years in a row! But don't worrybefore any changes occur, you'll receive a number of detailed communications from us, so you'll know exactly what to expect, and when. For now, however, your Internet Service Provider will remain the same.
Eventually, yes. The most important thing to know is that you will not lose access to any of your e-mail. You will have a full year to make the transition to a Road Runner e-mail address. For now, your e-mail address will remain the same.
