    • What number do I call to speak with someone in person?

      Former Adelphia customers: please call 1-888-683-1000. Former Comcast customers, please call 1-800-266-2278.

    • What are the hours for customer service?

      You can reach us any time of the day or night. We're here 24/7 to serve you.

    • Will my service be interrupted?

      No. Your cable TV and Internet service will continue without interruption.

    • Will my internet service change?

      Yes. In the coming months, your Internet Service Provider will change to Road Runner High Speed Online. Road Runner has been at the top of PC Magazine's Reader Satisfaction Survey for superior broadband service for five years in a row! But don't worry—before any changes occur, you'll receive a number of detailed communications from us, so you'll know exactly what to expect, and when. For now, however, your Internet Service Provider will remain the same.

    • Do I have to change my e-mail address?

      Eventually, yes. The most important thing to know is that you will not lose access to any of your e-mail. You will have a full year to make the transition to a Road Runner e-mail address. For now, your e-mail address will remain the same.

    • Do I need to get a different cable box?

      You can continue to use the same equipment that's already in your home. If this changes, you will be contacted by Time Warner Cable.

    • Do I need to get a different cable modem?

      No. You can continue to use your existing cable modem.

  • Products
    • How will my channels change?

      You will continue to receive most of the channels you receive today. We are pleased to bring you additional services, such as NBA TV*, Current, CSPAN3*, The Tube, WUAB HD, TNT HD*, CNBC World*, and Fuel*. Time Warner Cable does not currently have an agreement to carry NFL Network and ESNPU. We are working to obtain permission to carry these networks.
      *Channels may currently be carried in some areas.

    • What products will be available in my market (e.g., DVR, HDTV, Video On Demand)?

      The products and services you have now will continue to be available. In the future, new products and services will be introduced.

    • When will High Speed Internet be available in my area?

      Time Warner Cable will have to upgrade your system if High Speed Internet service is not currently available in your area. When upgrades are completed, we will announce Road Runner High Speed Online's availability.

    • What is digital phone service and how does it work?

      Our new home phone service is much like your current phone service, with one big difference: the price! Now you can enjoy UNLIMITED local and long distance throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico for one low monthly price. It works with your existing phones and jacks, and you can even keep the same phone number.

      And, with Time Warner Cable Digital Phone you can now get all your services—cable, Internet, and phone—on one bill!

    • When will digital phone service be available?
